On July 13, we rolled out NEW enhancements to SecureLink® Online Banking and our Mobile App. Our members now have the option to use Chat Now and Secure Messaging on both platforms.

Chat Now replaced Live Chat and has a new look, allowing you to speak with a trusted advisor in real-time. Our trusted advisors also have the capability to assist you with an issue virtually through the CoBrowse feature available in SecureLink® Online Banking.

Secure Messaging is a new feature that allows you to ask questions or report a problem via a secure message sent directly to our trusted advisors. With Secure Messaging, you will be able to search for your issue through the Knowledge Base platform, securely attach documents and resolve an issue by sending a secure message.

You are able to access both Chat Now and Secure Messaging by going to “Additional Services” on the top menu or by clicking on “Support” on the top-right navigation bar in SecureLink® Online Banking and selecting Chat Now or Secure Messaging.

Once logged in, mobile app users can access Chat Now and Secure Messaging by going to “more” at the bottom right of your screen inside SecureLink® Mobile Banking on your Android or iOS device.
