Promotion Period
Promotion begins on October 1, 2018, and ends on December 31, 2018 (the “Promotion Period”).

How to Enter
No purchase necessary to enter or win

Members who refer friends who become Qualified Members during the Promotion Period will receive one entry for each Qualified Member they referred. To refer a friend, a member must provide friend with a Platinum Ticket.

Individuals who receive a platinum ticket will receive one entry by becoming a Qualified Member during the Promotion Period. To become a Qualified Member, individual must open a new savings accountand checking account with direct deposit or a minimum opening deposit of $500. The checking account must remain open for 90 days. Membership required; $5 membership deposit. Power Financial Credit Union’s membership consists of those who: live or work in Broward, Charlotte, Collier, Lee, Martin, Miami-Dade, Monroe, Palm Beach County, Hillsborough, Manatee, Pinellas, Sarasota or St. Lucie counties; employees of Ryder System; member sponsors and employees of Bonefish & Tarpon Trust based in Coral Gables; and immediate family of all current members.

Individuals can also enter by bringing a 3” x 5” note card with their name, address, and telephone number to a Power Financial Credit Union branch on or before December 31, 2018.

The Credit Union reserves the right to disqualify entries at its reasonable discretion. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

There will be one (1) winner who will receive $500 deposited to their checking account. The winner will be selected by random drawing on or about January 3, 2019 and notified on or about January 3, 2019. Winner may be issued an IRS 1099 Tax Form following receipt of prize. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes. Odds of winning depend on number of entries received.

The drawing is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The Credit Union is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage of any kind related to or resulting from participation in the drawing or use of the prize. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to Power Financial Credit Union’s use of his/her name and/or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without compensation and, upon request, will provide consent to such use in writing.

Open to all individuals who qualify under the entry rules above. Officials and employees of the Credit Union and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) are not eligible. Must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.
